Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", "your") and mio69 ("Operator", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the mio69 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and accept this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the mio69 platform.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the mio69 online gaming platform, accessible at https://mio69.cam (the "Platform"). mio69 is operated as an internationally licensed online gaming and sports wagering service offering football betting, live in-play markets, mix parlay (accumulator) wagering, live dealer casino games, slot titles, and lottery products including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers prediction game), among other verticals.
By registering a player account, funding that account, or placing any wager on mio69, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any modifications published on the Platform from time to time. This Agreement must be read alongside the mio69 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form an integral part of the overall terms governing your relationship with mio69.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:
| "Account" | A registered player account on the mio69 Platform, linked to a unique username and a verified player identity. |
| "Balance" | The total real-money funds credited to your mio69 Account and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding Bonus Funds. |
| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits awarded by mio69 under specific wagering conditions, not immediately withdrawable as cash until all applicable requirements are met. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the mandatory identity and document verification process required before processing any withdrawal from a mio69 Account. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus combined) must be wagered before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Balance on mio69. |
| "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah, the primary operating currency of the mio69 platform for all deposits, withdrawals, and account balances. |
| "Stake" | The amount of Balance or Bonus Funds placed on a single wager, bet, or game round on mio69. |
| "Palpable Error" | An obvious technical or clerical mistake resulting in odds or terms being published at an incorrect value on the mio69 Platform. |
| "Force Majeure" | Any event or circumstance beyond mio69's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, telecommunications outages, or cyber-attacks, that prevents or delays the Operator from fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement. |
To register and use a mio69 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Restriction: mio69 takes its 21+ age requirement seriously. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed, all pending and historical wagers voided, and all deposited funds returned to the verified payment source. No winnings or bonuses will be paid to underage players under any circumstances.
mio69 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend Account access pending satisfactory verification. You are responsible for ensuring that your continued use of the Platform remains lawful in your jurisdiction.
To access real-money wagering on mio69, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will keep it updated throughout your use of the Platform.
One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active mio69 Account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using another person's identity — is a serious breach of this Agreement. mio69 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all linked accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any withdrawal requests placed on hold pending investigation. mio69 reserves the right to confiscate winnings earned across duplicate accounts.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your mio69 Account. You must not share login credentials with any third party. mio69 will never ask for your password through email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are active is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact mio69 support immediately and change your password without delay.
KYC Verification: mio69 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked at any time to submit government-issued photo identification (KTP or passport), proof of address (bank statement or utility bill dated within three months), and documentation of your payment methods. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until compliance is achieved.
mio69 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. mio69 does not currently charge processing fees on IDR deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mio69 accepts no responsibility.
Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your mio69 Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally instant. mio69 is not liable for delays caused by the player's financial institution.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed by mio69 within 15 minutes for most transactions during operational hours. Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered exclusively in your own legal name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to your Account tier are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
Withdrawal Conditions: mio69 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals, high-value transactions, or where an Account flagging system identifies unusual activity. Withdrawals will not be processed until the Account has completed at least one full deposit and the deposited funds have been wagered at least once (excluding any bonus wagering obligations).
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of any deposit made to mio69 constitutes fraud. mio69 will immediately suspend the Account, pursue recovery of the disputed funds, and reserve the right to report the matter to relevant financial institutions.
From time to time, mio69 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible players. The specific terms of each promotion — including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal derived from Bonus Funds — are published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer and form part of this Agreement.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. For example, a bonus with a 5× wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered five times in qualifying bets before any resulting balance may be requested as a withdrawal. Stakes placed on games or bet types specifically excluded from bonus wagering progress will not count toward the requirement.
Bonus Abuse: mio69 monitors promotional usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on prohibited bet types or games, coordinated play with other Accounts to exploit a promotion, exploiting Palpable Errors in bonus terms, and using funds sourced from unauthorized third parties. Any Account found to be abusing a promotion will have all associated Bonus Funds and derived winnings forfeited without notice.
All bets and wagers placed on the mio69 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product vertical. General rules common to all verticals are set out in this clause. Sport-specific rules, casino game rules, and lottery draw rules are published separately within the Platform and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Sportsbook (bandar bola / judi bola): Football and other sports wagers, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, are accepted subject to the maximum stake limits displayed at the time of bet placement. mio69 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any selection, suspend a market pending an investigation, or void a bet if the event result is subject to dispute or evidence of match manipulation.
Palpable Errors: In the event that mio69 publishes odds, lines, or game parameters that contain an obvious error materially different from those available on the open market, mio69 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous values, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players who knowingly exploit Palpable Errors may face Account suspension.
Lottery / Togel: All togel (numbers prediction lottery) wagers are subject to the draw schedule and rules of the relevant lottery market (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau, and others). Results are determined by the official draw body of each respective market. mio69 takes no responsibility for delays or cancellations caused by the external draw operator.
Live Casino: Live dealer game results are final once the dealing round closes. Technical disconnections on the player's side that occur after a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the server are not grounds for bet cancellation. If a disconnection occurs on mio69's side before a bet is placed, the transaction will be reversed in full.
Maximum Payout: mio69 applies a maximum payout cap per player per day across all product verticals. The current cap is displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. mio69 is not obligated to pay any amount exceeding the daily maximum payout cap, regardless of the notional winnings generated.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights, license, or interest in any mio69 intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, frame, or otherwise exploit any part of the mio69 Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of mio69. Unauthorized use of mio69 intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mio69, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including losses arising from:
mio69's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this clause limits mio69's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
mio69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the mio69 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
mio69 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Data is shared only with essential service providers (payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud detection services) under strict confidentiality obligations, and where required by law. All data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption protocols.
mio69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination for cause, mio69 reserves the right to withhold any Balance or Bonus Funds pending investigation. If the investigation clears you of any breach, any legitimate Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting mio69 support — all withdrawable Balance will be settled after KYC confirmation.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mio69 holds its operating license. Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to local legal restrictions and that they do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and mio69 regarding any bet, game outcome, Account balance, or interpretation of these Terms, you must first submit a formal complaint to mio69 customer support in writing. mio69 will investigate and respond within 10 business days. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body or an independent arbitration service designated by mio69's licensing authority.
You agree that any dispute resolution process will be conducted in the English language. Submissions in other languages may require translation, for which mio69 accepts no liability for delays.
mio69 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, mio69 will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the mio69 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
